3.5.6 Display Parallel Index Lines (Parallel Index Line)
Parallel index lines can be displayed.
Up to 4 parallel index lines can be set.
For each line, angle, distance to own ship, and length can be specified.
Changing the angle of parallel index lines
Procedure 1 Hold down [VRM] control.
Jog Dial Button Mode opens.
2 Select 3 PC Menu in the Right Jog Dial
menu, and set the parallel index lines
as the right jog dial mode.
3 Press the [VRM] control.
The Parallel Index Line menu will open and the
parallel index line mode will be turned on, so
operation can be performed in the mode.
(*) These steps are not required if the mode is
already on.
4 Press the [EBL] while the Parallel Index
Line mode is on.
Press the jog dial to scroll target parallel index lines.
A parallel index line currently in use is shown as follows:
EBL Control
PI 1 Bearing
5 Turn the [EBL] control.
Turn the control to change the parallel index line angle.
