Tiresnormallylosesomeairin
dayto-dayuse,andyoumay
havetoaddafewpoundsofair
periodicallyanditisnotusuallya
signofaleakingtire,butofnormal
wear.Alwayschecktirepressure
whenthetiresarecoldbecause
tirepressureincreaseswith
temperature.
Tocheckthetirepressure,takethe
followingsteps;
1.Unscrewtheinflationvalvecap
thatislocatedontherimofthe
tire.
2.Pressandholdthegaugeagainst
thetirevalve.Someairwillescape
asyoubeginandmorewillescape
ifyoudon’tpressthegaugein
firmly.
3.Afirmnon-leakingpushwill
activatethegauge.
4.Readthetirepressureonthe
gaugetoknowwhetherthetire
pressureisloworhigh.
5.Adjustthetirepressurestothe
