• Donottamperwithordisconnect
SRSwiring,orothercomponents
oftheSRSsystem.Doingsocould
resultininjury,duetoaccidental
inflationoftheairbagsorby
renderingtheSRSinoperative.
• Ifcomponentsoftheairbag
systemmustbediscarded,or
ifthevehiclemustbescrapped,
certainsafetyprecautionsmust

• Never let passengers ride in the
cargo area or on top of a folded-
down back seat.Alloccupants
shouldsitupright,fullybackin
theirseatswiththeirseatbeltson

• Passengers should not move
out of or change seats while the
vehicle is moving.Apassenger
whoisnotwearingaseatbelt
duringacrashoremergency
stopcanbethrownagainstthe
insideofthevehicle,againstother
occupants,oroutofthevehicle.
• Each seat belt is designed to
restrain one occupant.Ifmore
