What goes with what?
Basically, with your SV-2 you can mix any amp model to any cabinet model,
and create many varied tones. But to give you a starting point, here is a list-
ing of historically accurate matches:
AMP MODEL HISTORICALLY ACCURATE CABINET MODEL
Clean Black – 2x12
Twin Tweed – 4x10
Tweed Tweed – 1x12
VOX AC30 AC30 – 2x12
Boutique US V30 – 4x12, or UK T75 – 4x12
Organ Bypass (uses the Rotary Speaker’s cabinet)
Due to the flexibility of your SV-2, mixing and matching all of the amp and
cabinet models can be done with the turn of a switch, without any risk of
blowing the speakers up. This capability can lead to some very interesting
combinations.
