Tape Echo
This models one of the most respected analogue tape echo machines ever
made. In the original, the “echo” is produced by a playback head and the ex-
act “delay time” is set by varying the tape motor speed. Many professionals
prefer these “lo-fi” units because of the warm, dark echoes they produce.
Parameters Values Notes
Time 02700 Sets the delay time.
Feedback 0…100 Adjusts the amount of feedback.
Tone 0…99 Adjusts the tone of the delay.
Lo Damp 0…100 Adjusts the amount of low-frequency attenuation.
Mix 0…100 Adjusts the mix between the direct signal and the effect.
Stereo Delay
This is a stereo delay. Since it is a full-stereo design, it’s particularly effective
when using a stereo audio output.
