6.4.4 Setting Monitoring Parameters
6.4.4.1 Automatic setting
This section describes the learning processes for setting the monitoring parameters.

Checking the switch-off parameters
There is a risk of death and serious injury.
The preset switch-off parameters are to be verified through switch-off tests see
Section 6.4.5 Switch-off Test
Recording the signal with the flame ON
You must have aligned the device and set the amplification to optimum effect beforehand.
Select the firing-rate state with the lowest signal amplitude. This is normally the base fir-
ing-rate.
NOTICE
You can open the menus Record flame ON, Record flame OFF and Analyse individually
or process them as a series.
You can also have the monitoring parameters set automatically and/or set them manually.
You can switch to the next menu in the sequence or select the next step "freehand".
1. Open the Automatic flame ON/OFF parameter setting > Record flame ON
menu.
