ITEM NO. CONTROL NAME FUNCTION
1 Conveyor Raise/Lower Used to raise and lower the conveyor.
Push the lever upwards to raise the conveyor (see WARNING).
Always fold side wings on hopper out before raising
conveyor. Place safety prop in place immediately.
Pull the lever downward to lower the conveyor.
NOTE: Lever also controls Truck Hitch (option) if equipped and selector
valve is active (see Truck Hitch Attachment (Option) in Section 6).
NOTE: If Truck Hitch is equipped, the Selector Valve (Figure 10-19,9) on
the left side of the hydraulic tank controls the conveyor raise/lower
action.
2 Left Extension Used to move the left extension in or out.
Push the lever upwards to move left extension in.
Pull the lever downward to move left extension out.
3 Right Extension Used to move the right extension in or out.
Push the lever upwards to move right extension in.
Pull the lever downward to move right extension out.
4 Screed Raise/Float Used to raise or oat the screed.
Push the lever upwards to lower the screed in FLOAT position.
Once pushed forward, the lever locks in the FLOAT position.
Pull back out of oat and push the lever upwards again to raise the screed.
NOTE: Screed must be in the FLOAT position when paving.
5 Left Cutoff Open/Close Used to open or close the left cutoff.
Push the lever upwards to open left cutoff.
Pull the lever downward to close left cutoff.
6 Right Cutoff Open/
Close
Used to open or close the right cutoff.
Push the lever upwards to open right cutoff.
Pull the lever downward to close right cutoff.
7 Side Wings Used to move the side wings in or out.
Push the lever upwards to move side wings in. (Never fold in with full hopper)
Pull the lever downward to move side wings out.
8 Left Auger Used to turn the left auger on or off.
Pull the lever downward to turn the left auger on.
9 Right Auger Used to turn the right auger on or off.
Pull the lever downward to turn the right auger on.
