9 OPERATION
9.1 Turning the plough frame
DANGER
Refer to the Refer to the Safety measures and precautions, see
page 13.
Before each rotation, ensure that there are no persons in the
turning and swivelling area of the plough.
Only operate the slewing gear from the tractor seat.
Make sure that the high pressure hoses do not become kinked.
Always keep the hose connections clean.
The slewing gear is equipped with a dou-
ble acting slewing cylinder (1) with auto-
matic locking and switching for connection
to a double acting control unit.
Completely raise the plough for the rotation.
Apply pressure to the hydraulic hose marked "P1" connected to the tractor.
The plough frame turns by 180°.
After completing the turn, switch the control lever to "N" (neutral). Another rota-
tion can then be started.
WARNING
In conjunction with a frame swivelling cylinder, the plough frame
first swivels inward before the rotation and swivels out again after
the rotation.
