11.4.3 Front furrow width, mechanical, in conjunction with hydraulic frame
swivelling
DANGER
 In conjunction with hydraulic frame swivelling, the basic frame
first swivels inward before the rotation and swivels out again af-
ter the rotation.
 There is a crushing point between the hydraulic cylinder and the
setting sleeve.
 Ensure that an adequate safety distance is maintained.
A hydraulic cylinder with setting sleeve (1)
with a hydraulic connection to the turnover
ram is used instead of the outer spindle.
 Lower the implement.
 Undo the clamping screw (2).
 Slightly extend the hydraulic cylinder to relieve the load on the setting sleeve
(1).
 Briefly operate the control unit for the turnover ram = Pressure is applied at
connection P.
 Front furrow too narrow
 Turn the setting sleeve (1) for longer = Dimension A increases.
 Front furrow too wide
 Turn the setting sleeve (1) for a shorter time = Dimension A decreases.
