8.6 Plough Body Adjustments
8.6.1 Pitch
The distance A between point and plough
frame should be the same with all plough
bodies. The measurement D should be 1,5
cm.
Required settings will be done by means of
the set screws (1). Therefore slacken bolts
(2) and clamp screws (3).
To improve penetration, increase pitch by
a small amount on each body.
Excessive pitch will increase draft and ef-
fect depth control.
After adjustment the set screws (1), the
bolts (2) and the clamp screws (3) must be
tightened again carefully.
