8.13.4 Converting uni wheel from working position into transport position

− Detach chain (1) from gear wheel!

−−
− For the hydraulically-adjustable uni
wheel, detach the hydraulic hoses (2)
from the plug and socket connectors (6),
plug the protective caps onto the hydrau-
lic plug and socket connectors, and then
place the hydraulic hoses such that they
cannot be damaged.
−
−−
− Raise plough slightly; release pin (3) and
remove it!
−
−−
− Swivel uni wheel through 90° and lock in
place with pin (3)!
−
−−
− Lock pin (3) in place using split ring (4)!
−
−−
− Swivel locking pin (5) forwards on slew-
ing gear through 180°,
−
−−
− Raise plough completely and set to
smallest working width.
−
−−
− Then rotate slowly until the locking pin
(5) latches audibly into place!
−
−−
− Check whether the locking pin is cor-
rectly latched into place!
−
−−
− Lower plough and remove upper link
from mast!
−
−−
− Lift plough up completely = transport po-
sition!
