− All bolts and nuts, especially the wheel bolts, must be checked regularly and
tightened if required.
Wheel bolt ø 14 mm = Tightening torque 125 Nm
Wheel bolt ø 18 mm = Tightening torque 450 Nm

− At least 6 years after the date stated on the high pressure hose the high pres-
sure hoses must be replaced against genuine LEMKEN-hoses. Porous or de-
fective high pressure hoses must be replaced immediately.

− Worn shares, mouldboard edges, mouldboards, landslides and so on must be
replaced on time, so that supporting parts will not be damaged.

− If required, make the hydraulic overload safety device without pressure only by
operating the relief valve; therewith the tractor spool valve must be in floating
position.
Important: Do not clean this implement with a Pressure Washer during the first
6 weeks. After this time a minimum nozzle distance of 60 cm must be
observed with a maximum 100 bar pressure and 50° C temperature.
