Diagnosingaproblem
BeforeyoucontactLenovooranapprovedwarrantyserviceprovider,followtheseproceduresintheorder
inwhichtheyarepresentedtodiagnoseaproblemwithyourserver.
Step1.Returntheservertotheconditionitwasinbeforetheproblemoccurred.
Ifanyhardware,software,orfirmwarewaschangedbeforetheproblemoccurred,ifpossible,
