Select one of the following
hash methods:
SHA-1 Select this to hash or verify the
Target drives using the SHA-1 algorithm.
SHA-256 Select this to hash or verify
the Target drives using the SHA-256
algorithm.
MD5 Select this to verify the Target
drives using the MD5 algorithm.
The recommended method is
SHA-1 or SHA-256.
By default, this value will have
0s (zeros). If this is not
changed, or no value is entered, this will
instruct the Falcon to hash the drive using the
selected algorithm in the previous step. If a
value is entered, the Falcon will hash the
selected drive and verify hash with the value
entered/edited.
To set the expected value, tap the (edit)
icon. The on screen keyboard will appear and
the expected hash value can be set.
The LBA icon will bring up the
LBA settings screen. On this
screen the user can adjust the percentage or
the number of blocks of the drive to hash and
