4.7.3 Engaging the Hinge Design Tailgate Prop
CAUTION
There is a tailgate prop on each side of the
body. This propping procedure must be
performed on both sides of the body.
Damage or injury may occur if both props
are not used.
1. Remove the pin (Figure 51, Item 1) securing the props to
the body.
2. Slide the props (Figure 51, Item 2) out away from the
body.
