1.2 Troubleshooting Chart
Problem Probable Cause Action
All functions not working 1. BATTERY switch is OFF.
2. IGNITION switch is OFF.
3. One or more E-STOP buttons is
DOWN.
4. PUMP switch is OFF.
5. Side door is OPEN.
6. System air pressure is too low.
7. System problem.
1. Turn BATTERY switch ON.
2. Turn IGNITION switch ON.
3. Release all E-STOP buttons.
4. Turn PUMP switch ON.
5. CLOSE side door.
6. Wait for chassis air system to build pressure above
80 psi.
7. Requires shop service and repair.
Joystick Function not
working
1. Engine rpm is too HIGH.
2. Pack/eject is not in HOME position.
3. Top door is not fully OPEN.
4. System air pressure is too LOW.
5. System problem.
1. REDUCE engine speed to below 1600 rpm.
2. Manually RETRACT pack/eject to HOME position.
3. Fully OPEN top door.
4. Wait for chassis air system to build pressure above
80 psi.
5. Requires shop service and repair.
Automatic Pack/Eject
Functions not working
1. Engine rpm is too HIGH.
2. Tailgate is OPEN.
3. Top door is not fully OPEN.
4. Arms are ABOVE the body.
5. Check pack/eject proximity switches
for proper operation.
6. System problem.
1. REDUCE engine speed to below 1600 rpm.
2. CLOSE tailgate.
3. Fully OPEN top door.
4. LOWER arms below body.
5. Requires shop service and repair.
6. Requires shop service and repair.
Manual Pack/Eject
Functions not working
1. Engine rpm is too HIGH.
2. Top door is not fully OPEN.
3. Arms are ABOVE the body.
4. System problem.
1. REDUCE engine speed to below 1600 rpm.

4. Requires shop service and repair.
