Guarantee statement
The Company's obligations under this warranty do not include freight, other charges;
The Company is not responsible for direct, indirect or final damage and delays caused by improper
use, replacement of parts not authorized by the Company, or repair of the machine by persons not
authorized by the Company.
This guarantee does not apply to the following matters:
Non-normal use.
Machines that are not maintained or have been damaged;
Our original serial number labels or manufacturing marks have been removed or replaced.
Products from other manufacturers.
Safety, Reliability and Operational Status:
We are not responsible for the safety, reliability, or operating conditions of the equipment in the event of
any of the following conditions:
Components are disassembled, stretched, and recommissioned.
The user is not using it properly in accordance with this manual.
The environment in which the equipment is used or stored does not meet the requirements of
this manual.
Returns:
If you do need to return a product to us, please follow the steps below:
1. Obtaining the right to return goods
Contact our Customer Service Department with the serial number of the product, which is labeled on
the equipment casing. Returns will not be accepted if the serial number is not legible. When returning
the product, please indicate the serial number of the product and briefly describe the reason for return.
2. Freight
Equipment shipped to our company for repair, the user shall bear the customs, transportation and
insurance costs incurred.
