The background should not be higher than the figures below, assuming that at
least 2 blanks are run after a sample.
( CGS units) (“Units =1”:
7.2 Analysing the Sample (Open Tube)
Choose the operational mode with [Menu-Operate] so that the last run sample is
displayed.
Aspirate the sample through the aspirating pipette by pressing the start lever be-
hind the aspiration needle. See picture below.
The display shows the following sequences:
RBC 0.01
WBC 0.1
HGB 0.1
PLT 10

Contamination hazard if
contaminated blood enters
into open cut.
Always wear protective
gloves when handling
blood samples.
