For the rack DIP switch, this translates to:
• Two LSBs = 1 and all other bits/switches = 0.
(Slot 03 = 0011 in binary => Two LSBs (leftmost) = 1 / ON / up,
all other bits = 0 / OFF / down.)
This is shown in Figure 2-6 (b), where the two LSBs (leftmost) are set to the ON (up) position
and all other bits/switches (right) are set to the OFF (down) position.
