3.1 Capsule Magazine Drawer Can’t Be Removed from Appliance
Cause:
The capsule transport slide has jammed.
Remedy:
1. Slightly lift the capsule magazine drawer.
2. Using a small flathead screwdriver, lift the capsule transport lever (Figure
050-2, Item 1). This action lifts the capsule transport slide (Figure 050-2,
Item 2) out of the groove (Figure 050-2, Item 3), allowing the capsule
magazine drawer to be pulled out.
3. Remove the capsule magazine drawer from the appliance.
4. Remove cause of the obstruction (e.g., deformed capsule).
5. Ensure that all parts and the groove are clean before re-assembly.
