Connecting an external detergent dosing device
Hose pump with time-delay relay and fixed output
 Connect to “WASH” terminal.
 Set time-delay relay on the dosing device.
Hose pump with adjustable output
 Connect to “DETERGENT” terminal.
 Programming the transfer strip ( 17.3): Parallel to the solenoid valve
 Set the output (ml/min) amount at the dosing device.
For hose pump with fixed output (e.g. ESP 166, ESP 166C, SP 166Z)
 Connect to “DETERGENT” terminal.
 Programming the transfer strip ( 17.3): Time-controlled.
 Setting the output on the display ( 17.3).
 Set both potentiometers to max.
 Set dosing amount on the machine.
Connecting an external rinse aid dosing device
Hose pump with adjustable output
 Connect to “RINSE” terminal.
 Programming the transfer strip ( 17.3): Parallel to the rinse pump.
 Set the output (ml/min) amount at the dosing device.
For hose pump with fixed output (e.g. ESP 166, ESP 166C, SP 166Z)
 Connect to “RINSE” terminal.
 Programming the transfer strip ( 17.3): Time-controlled.
 Setting the output (ml/min) on the display ( 17.3).
 Set potentiometer to max.
 Set dosing amount on the machine.
