Troubleshooting
Failure phenomenon Cause Solution
The tool is dragged during
operation.
An unexpected cutter imprint
remains on the sheet.
The sheet is warped.
Attach it so that the sheet is not
warped.
The tool does not move up/down
successfully.
Turn the power OFF and try to lift/
lower the tool holder by hand.
If the tool holder does not move up
but remains in the lower position,
contact your distributor or our
service office.
The side margins of the media
beside the pinch rollers are not
enough.
Provide a side margin of 20 mm or
more on each side of the media
beside the pinch rollers.
