Tube cleaning interval while in stand-by mode [TUBE WASH]
There may be a chance that ink tubes can be clogged with coagulated ink.
To avoid clogging, clean the ink tubes at regular intervals.
STEPS:
1Make sure that the printer is in LOCAL mode, and then select [MAINTENANCE] using
the [FUNCTION] key and press the [ENTER] key.
If it is in REMOTE mode, press the [REMOTE] key.
2Select [ROUTINE SETUP] by pressing the [] key six times and press the [ENTER]
key.
3Select [TUBE WASH] by pressing the [] key twice and press the [ENTER] key.
4Input the interval at which cleaning operation is to be performed periodically, using
the [] or [] key.
Input range: OFF, 1 to 168
Register the setting by pressing the [ENTER] key.
5Press the [END] key several times.
The printer returns to LOCAL mode.
 The following display will appear if supply of cleaning liquid is required.
