5.4.3 Modify or delete password protection
Menu: [SETUP]- [U-CODE].
5.4.4 Printing out parameter settings
Choose between 5 languages for the printout of the information:
- German
- English (factory setting)
- English with U.S. date/time
- French
- Italian
- Spanish
The scope of the printout depends on the position in the setup menu, it will take a few
seconds.
5.5 Conguring scale
5.5.1 Service mode
The service mode provides access to additional menu items in the setup menu [SETUP]
that are not visible when service mode is disabled. In the Service menu, you can perform
the most important adjustments and calibrations in the indicator and on the connected
weighing platform, e.g. the ADC conguration.
When service mode is activated, this is indicated by an "S" in the upper right-hand corner
of the display. Restarting the display unit deactivates the service mode.
In service mode, the following parameters are added to the [SETUP] menu, following the
user code:
- [S-DATUM] to enter the next service date
- ADC conguration (see Chapter 5.5.3)
8. Press the key to adopt a character.
9. Enter all other characters of the password as described.
10. Press and hold key to save the password.
11. Use key to exit the menu level in order to make further settings if necessary
. In the [SETUP] menu, open the [U-CODE] menu item as described above (see
Chapter 5.4.2).
The old password will need to be entered in order to modify or delete.
. To modify a password, overwrite the old password.
. To delete a password, enter a blank space in the rst position and hold down the
key.

2. Press key .
