7-4 Mx100/200 Series Operation Manual
Parameter Settings axes are normally linked. See the Engineer Reference Manual for
using the MonitorQ
for XYRZ and Other
software.
Axes
Save DMC Parameters When parameter setting for each axis is completed, save the
parameter values in a
(Applicable
model)
file to prepare for axis replacement or DMC replacement.
Using the MonitorQ software, read the DMC parameter values of
a desired axis through BoardRead and save them as a *.par file
through FileSave.
Offset Camera
Calibration
The Offset Camera should be calibrated. It is feasible to set
Origin Offset of gantry only after calibration of the Offset Camera
has been completed and other setup can
be carried out after setting the Origin Offset. To calibrate the Offset
Camera, align the central mark of the Calibration Jig with the virtual
center of the Vision Monitor. If these centers are not exactly aligned,
it would be inconvenient because a recognized position does not
coincide with the position entered in the machine when teaching pick
and place position.
