7-6 Mx100/200 Series Operation Manual
Since the Plus Limit automatically changes with operation of ANC, it
is not required to adjust the Plus Limit to prepare for the ANC.
After setting the Z-axis Origin Offset and SW Limit, set Origin
Offset and SW Limit for Gantry (X and Y axes).
Machine
Perpendicularity
Calibration
Carry out Machine Perpendicularity Calibration to compensate
distortion of gantry, using the dedicated Calibration Glass provided
optionally. Choose a calibration area that covers the Offset Camera
position where the head and offset camera can reach all points of
the maximum size PWB.
Carry out calibration for Module Camera, Precision Camera
(applicable model), CSP Camera (applicable model), LSC
Camera (applicable model) and Micro Camera (applicable model).
Align Position Setting is a tuning process to align the coordinate
system recognized by the Offset Camera with that recognized by
the Upward Camera. These coordinate systems are used to
measure the distance between Z axis and the Offset Camera. If an
align position is incorrectly defined, all positions of the placed parts
might be shifted.
Head Offset and
Recognition
Offset
Head Offset is the distance between the Offset Camera and Z
axis, and
Recognition Offset is a relative distance between the Upward
Camera and the Z axis
when parts are recognized by the Upward Camera.
