Carry out X-Y Gantry check and maintenance as follows.
 X-axis Linear Slide checking and greasing
Periodic checking and greasing
is required for the X-axis Linear Slide.
Make sure to unplug the
machine for the
worker’s safety.
1. Unplug the machine.
2. Turn off the circuit breaker (MCCB) at the rear
of the machine.
3. Manually move the gantry to the + limit of X-Beam.

clean, soft cloth.
