1) Remove foreign substance from the feeder
base. Use the brush. When using air blower,
additional dehumidifying work is required.
2) Clean off foreign substance and dust with
dry cloth from the contact point.

1) Remove foreign substance from the reel path.
2) Remove the stripped off vinyl.
3) Open the reel cover and remove dust and foreign
substance.
4) Perform manual feeding and monitor the feeding
action.

1) Brush off the wear dust from the rubbed part
(feeding gear / link / vinyl off part).
2) Clean the feeder front contact part with dry cloth.
3) Operate the shutter manually and monitor the
action.
4) Perform manual feeding and monitor the feeding
action.
5) Incase of 8mm-2p (0603), check the plate inside
the reel cover.

months
1) Brush off dust and apply WD40 on the feeding
gear.
2) Open the motor cover on the opposite side of the
feeding gear, remove dust, turn the gear with
hands, and monitor the action.
3) Turn the gear 50times in automatic mode and
check the action and noise.

Perform manual feeding and check if the parts
require replacement.
