2. Trolley Lock button or Unlock
button on the operating panel does not
work.
Lock and Unlock button on the operating panel
works only when LED is on. You should press and
hold the button for 0.5 second or longer. Check if
the hand valve (refer the next page) is open. If it is
remained open, close the hand valve.
3. The trolley is not entered inside the
machine.
Refer to the trolley height adjustment method
chapter and readjust the trolley height. The trolley
may be caught by the upper panel of the machine.
4. The trolley does not move smoothly.
Check if the rear caster brake is applied. If it is, step
on the pad to release brake.
5. When air pressure is disconnected
during the operation, the trolley does
not move out.
The built-in feeder base up/down pneumatic circuit
inserts the pilot check valve to prevent the feeder
base from falling down at sudden air pressure down,
and to maintain trolley lock status. If you want to pull
out the trolley manually before air is supplied, read
the next page.
