Discarding Assembly
►Check for defective parts such as vision lead damage and decide
whether to place the part picked up by the nozzle. If no part is picked
up due to picking error, or a part is picked up vertically due to pickup
position error or parts feeding error, the part is placed in the empty
tray on the tray plate.
* When placing the part in the empty tray put it in the same direction
as parts feeding.
Operation
1. Y AXIS
Loads a tray to the mounter picking position or unloads empty trays
that have completed picking.
2. Z AXIS
Stacks up to 60 trays, feeds trays to the tray pusher, or moves
empty, picked trays to the tray exit.
