Regular Maintenance Check
Maintenance of the Y-axis LM Guide should be done as follows:
1. Turn off the power and air of the machine.
2. Manually move the shoe as shown in the figure below.
3. Wipe the grease and dust from the LM Guide using a clean cloth.
4. Manually move the shoe to the opposite direction in the figure
below.
5. Wipe the grease and dust from the LM Guide using a clean cloth.
6. Fill grease through the grease inlet of the LM Guide Block.
7. Wipe the grease flowing out from the LM Guide Block.
8. Manually move the shoe again as shown in the figure below.
