LCD monitor
- Check that the LCD monitor is lighted normally.
- Check that monitor brightness is normal.
Check scar on the feeder base.
- Ensure that there are no foreign materials or parts on the surface
of feeder base.
- If any, a specific head might be raised when the feeder is
mounted.
Ensure that the feeder base is fixed firmly.
Check gantry bolt fixation.
- Check the gantry assembly for each axis. Ensure that there are
no loosened bolts.
Peripheral (TF,-5 MS-1) check
Check the power and air
connection.
Check the assembly of attached parts
(fixation, balance) Check the motor and bolt
fixation.
- Ensure that the bolts of each motor are fastened firmly.
