- Check breakage or surface status of the mark point (checked by
offset camera). Offset LED fixation
- The stopper is installed to prevent the LED board of offset
camera from being detached when the machine is running for a
long time. Check the LED fixation. - Vision monitor image might
be unclear as connection of the vision cable (power cable)
connector of the offset camera is loosened by vibration of the
machine.
A cable tie is used to prevent mobility of the connector.
ANC fixation
- Check the ANC motion.
- Check sensor cable connection.
- Check for damage to the cable.
- Check bolt fixation.
Camera lens protection from foreign materials
- Check that there are no foreign materials on the camera lens (prevent
vision error) - Check that the camera lens is clear.
- Check the operation of LED board of the module camera.
Check X,Y mover cooling air tube
- Check for bending or breakage of the tube.
Home sensor setting
- Check that Y1, Y2 home sensors are set properly.
- Check that the home sensors turn red when sensed (reference).
Check grease filling to the head rack & pinion driving unit
- Check that there are no obstacles during Z-axis motion of the
head.
- Check that grease is coated evenly.
Grease feeding to LM Guide
- Check that a moderate amount of grease is fed to the LM guide
and add grease if not sufficient. If too much grease is fed, the
scale surface may be contaminated by grease.
