Positioning Functionally, the positioning system consists of XY gantry, positioning
head, vision system, System automatic nozzle changer and nozzle unit. Mechanically,
it can be divided into XY gantry, head assembly (assembly of head and downward
camera), upward camera, automatic
nozzle changer and nozzle unit.
While this section describes the positioning system according to the functional
configuration, the mechanical configuration makes it easier to understand differences
between models. Therefore, differences between models are described first from the
mechanical standpoint and then each assembly is described from the functional
standpoint.
