You can also use these features by pressing the R key on the handset during a call. The table
below lists the In-Call Menu features and the associated feature access code method.
HOLD
1. During a call, press the "More" soft key.
2. Select "Hold/Retrieve" to put the call on hold.
To retrieve the Held Call
1. Press the "More" soft key
2. Select "Hold/Retrieve" to retrieve the call.
TRANSFER
1. During the call, press the "More" soft key.
2. Select "New Call".
3. Dial the number to which you want to transfer the call and then press the "Call" soft key.
4. Do one of the following:
• to make a blind transfer, select "Release" to hang up and connect the other two parties.
• to make a supervised transfer, wait for an answer, announce the transfer, and then
select "Release" to hang up and connect the other two parties.
• to terminate the transfer and return to the held call, press "More" and then select "Call
Swap".
