Unlock (command: 1630)
Specify the remote password to unlock the module. (The module can communicate.)
If the incorrect password is entered several times, the password is locked out and cannot be cleared for a
while.
When the command is sent to the unlocked module, the unlock status is not changed. (The password
verification is not performed.)
