18.5 Read and Write Extended File Register
Direct read (command: 3B)
Read extended file register in 1-point (1 word) units by specifying the consecutive device numbers of extended file register.
This command is a dedicated command for AnACPU. (The command is equivalent to AnA/AnUCPU common commands of
1C protocol.)
Message format
The following shows the message format of the request data and response data of the command.

■Device number
Specify the start address of the extended file register to be read. (Page 418 Device number)
■Number of device points
Specify the points of extended file register to be read.
Specify '00H' when the number of device points is to 256 points. (Page 402 Number of device points)
■Fixed value
Fixed to '0'.
