Remove balancer unit to apply the specified torque in
the bearing which the adjustment was done.
Measurements After Assembly
Perform a pre-adjustment with a shim of 0.20 mm.
Lean the bearing to eliminate the clearance and slightly
move the bearing that is free.
There are three thicknesses of thrust ring:
9.226.0.433.001.4 3.45 to 3.50 mm (3.5)
6.208.0.433.003.4 3.55 to 3.60 mm (3.6)
6.208.0.433.002.4 3.35 a 3.40 mm (3.4)
Check if it is necessary to change the bearing thrust
rings so that it is possible to obtain the axial clearance.
Check the assembly side of the thrust ring.
