Pre-Assembly Inspections and
Measurements
Visually check cylinder heads for leaks.
Check push rods. The push rods ends must not be
loosen or cracked. Check for excessive waste and if
the lubrication hole is not obstructed. Check if the
push rods are not warped.
Cylinder heads surfaces must never be machined.
