The time of observation is transmitted as hours, minutes, seconds and fractions of seconds. The
authenticity of data is transmitted as characters A (authentic) or V (unauthentic). The speed is
generated relatively to the ground and is expressed in knots (1.852 km/ hour).
Traveling angle - angle between a direction of a vector of speed and true north expressed in degrees.
The date is represented as day, month, year.
Receiver identifier - code, which is set and saved to the receiver, for identification of objects in
dispatching systems
