Clearing Paper Jams
Paper jam may occur on any of the following printer areas:
• Slip printing area
• Flip mechanism area
• Thermal area
Slip printing area
If the paper jam occurs on the slip printing area, do the following steps:
1. Open the slip front cover.
2. Remove the jammed paper and any paper debris.
