[6] Remove the battery.
To remove the battery, use a
non-conductive tool that does not have a
sharp tip, or use your fingers.
<1> Gently lift up the positive (+)
terminal that is retaining the
battery.
<2> Insert a non-conductive tool or your
finger into the negative side of the
socket.
<3> Remove the battery by lifting it out.

Removing the battery
Note
If you are using a tool to remove the battery, ensure that you have securely inserted the tool
between the battery and the socket before removing the battery. Furthermore, take care to
ensure that the tool you use to remove the battery does not touch the ICP board. There is a
risk of damaging the ICP board.
