1.7 Removing the Projector Covers
This section provides guideline information on how to mount and remove covers on the
projector.
Name of the cover
Note
If you remove the front cover, side cover, or lens side cover, the following error message is
displayed on the LCD screen of the main unit operating panel by the tamper detection circuit.
“Tamper Fail”, “Service Door Open”
Encrypted contents cannot be displayed while an error message is being displayed. Refer to
“3.2 Recovering from Tamper Errors” (page 106) for the recovery procedure.
