2.4.2 Jumper settings
To make the TDAEV8035 board functional, some jumpers on the PNEV7642A board must be set.
Jumper Note
J59 - "CT" Found in the top right corner. A 2x6 jumper array where 1-2,
3-4 and 5-6 have to be connected.
J23 - "IOREF" Must be set to leader configuration (2-3 connected).
