6 Checklist
A checklist to see if you fulfill all prerequisite to start evaluation, developing and working with the PNEV7642.
1. PNEV7642 correctly powered up. Either per external power supply or USB.
a. See Section 2.1.1 "Power supply"
2. Debugger connected.
a. Can be an external debugger like SEGGER J-Link, MCU-Link, or LPC-Link2.
b. Or the onboard OpenSDA.
c. See Section 2.1.2 "Debug interfaces"
3. MCUXpresso installed
a. See Section 4.1.1 "MCUXpresso IDE"
4. PN7642 SDK installed
a. See Section 4.1.1.2 "Install SDK"
5. PNEV7642 jumper settings according to your desired use case
a. Especially if you want to use a host-interface (USB, I2C, SPI, …) the red switches have to be set
accordingly.
b. See Section 2.1.4 "Jumper settings"
