Appendix C - Troubleshooting
Errors appearing on the bottom line of the TV screen
On OkyWeb2 Description What to do
Int. Error 01..03
Internal card reading
error.
Switch the OkyWeb2 off, remove and re-insert the
Compact Flash. Switch the OkyWeb2 on again. If
the problem disappears no further actions are
necessary. If the problem persists, try with a new M-
Live Flash card. If the problem still occurs contact
the M-Live assistance service.
Int. Error 04
Access to non-valid area
requested when
accessing card.
This problem may occur when OkySoft2 is being
used. If the problem persists, format the Compact
Flash card. If it still persists, contact the M-Live
assistance service.
Flash not
inserted
Card not inserted
properly.
Insert the Compact Flash card correctly.
Error 01
The files required for the
searches in OkyWeb2
have been altered, or the
Flash card is empty.
Use the 'Index Regeneration' function in the Tools
menu of the OkySoft2 program or enter some songs
on the Flash card.
Error 02 Card not initialized
You are advised to format and rewrite the whole
Flash card with the program on PC OkySoft2.
Error 03 File system error
You are advised to format and rewrite the whole
Flash card with the program on PC OkySoft2.
Error 04 MF3 file not found.
Connect the OkyWeb2 to the PC and delete the
song with the defect. The song will have to be
transferred again with OkySoft2.
Error 05 Card not valid.
You are advised to format and rewrite the whole
Flash card with the program on PC OkySoft2. If the
problem persists use an M-Live Compact Flash card.
MF3 err. (01..06)
pos: 234
File damaged.
You are advised to delete the file on the Flash card
and rewrite it. Connect the OkyWeb2 to the PC and
use OkySoft2 to delete the song with the defect. The
song will have to be transferred again with OkySoft2.
Playlist not
created
Attempted to access
Playlist menu, but no
Playlist has been created.
Create the Playlists with the program on PC
OkySoft2.
Error 99 General error
Unplug the OkyWeb2 power supply adapter and plug
it in again after some seconds. If the problem
persists contact the M-Live assistance service.
