1.2 Right Side Panel
The right side panel of the OmniScan MX2 (see Figure 1-2 on page 30) contains
various input and output ports.

Memory card slot
Slot for inserting the Secure Digital High Capacity (SDHC) memory card. (Lexar
brand memory cards are recommended for optimal results.)
DC power adaptor plug
Used to connect an external DC power adaptor to the OmniScan MX2.
Battery compartment door
This door provides access to the battery compartment. Battery replacement is
covered in “Battery Removal and Installation” on page 41.
