6.3 Client’s Side: Windows Dial-up Networking Setup
For Windows95: Click FP Web-Server via FP Modem-EU in the Phonebook entry to
dial field, then click the right mouse button and select Properties.
9. Click on Edit entry
10. Click Server

11. Select PPP: Windows NT, Windows95 Plus, Internet
(or: PPP: Internet,
Windows NT Server, Windows98) in the Dial-up server type field
12. Make sure that Enable software compression
is not checked
(Windows95: Under Advanced option
, turn off Enable software compression and
turn off require encrypted password
)
13. Under Network protocols
only check TCP/IP. Make sure that IPX/SPX
compatible and NetBEUI are not checked.
14. Click OK
