AT Commands/Registers/Modem Messages
FP Modem-EU Technical Manual
5.3 Modem Messages
The modem generates messages as an answer to commands and in case of errors. This
enables the control unit to control the execution of the commands and to monitor the operation
mode of the modem. These messages are sent in ASCII text (long) format or ASCII numbers.
The range and the type of messages of the modem can be adjusted with the ATVn and ATXn
commands. The following messages are output by the modem if the ATX command is set to the
ATX4 setting. The numerical format is set with ATV0 and the text format with ATV1.
