Taking Pictures

Use the four-way controller (45) to select a blank
column.

Press the 9 (Green) button.
The screen for registering a face appears. Point the camera at the face
to be registered.
When a face is detected around the yellow frame, the face is taken
automatically, and the screen to enter the name appears.

Enter the person’s name for the face that has been
registered.
Enter the name following Step 4 in “To Register the First Face” (p.114)
then press the OK button. The face list screen appears.

Set the priority.
Use the four-way controller (45) to select
a face to set the priority and turn the zoom
lever to select the priority from [1], [2], and
[3].
([3] appears only for registering a third
face.)
The registered faces appear with the
highest priority on the left.
The priority can be set later using the same
procedure.

Press the 3 button.
The camera returns to the [A Rec. Mode] menu.

Select [Face Recall] on the [A Rec. Mode] menu to
display the face list screen.

Use the four-way controller (45) to select a face to be
changed then press the 4 button.
The screen to enter the name appears.
